How beautiful will it be when we are not being directed through life by our pain body but by messages to our heart and our intuition ; Where we just know that we are on the right track and re-learning to love ourselves.Â
Some guided breathwork leading into a soul soothing soundbath before diving into the clear blue waters of Waubs bay, is the perfect remedy to feel rejuvenated, alive and inspired  again. A way to embrace Tassie's 'Off Season' and re-connect with your divine self. The cherry on top will be a heart warming Cacao Ceremony followed by some funky beats and a boogie - sure to leave you feeling warm and fuzzy inside and out !  🙃Â
