Cathedral Rock - Walk, Breathwork & Sound Healing

Come and join us for an adventure into (the wild!) nature! Meander through some of Tasmania's most stunning, enchanted and ancient forest. 40'000 years already it has been living on our back door step - did you know?!

Be guided by the raw and powerful voice of Terese to our inner sanctuary... with soft gentle breathwork and a bathe in the sacred pristine waters of mother nature - we will walk out the other side as new, aware and awake beautiful human beings!

On the day we will meet at the Cathedral Rock car park at 10am. (Betts Rd, Neika) Then it will be a 20 minute walk to the swimming hole, so wear suitable shoes for walking and bring a drink bottle/snacks. You will also need a towel & bathers and perhaps a blanket or cushion to make yourself comfortable during the breathing session. Most importantly,  come along with an open heart and open mind  - united we can embrace our journies on this extraordinary planet together!!
