Preservation Bay - Breathwork & Ocean Dip

Come along and join us for a breath workshop (based on the Wim Hof Method and trained by the man himself!) - followed by a plunge in the beautiful ocean of Preservation Bay.

Please bring along your drink bottle, snacks, bathers, towel and a blanket (you can get cold during breathing session!)
