Awaken your senses with Breathwork (guided by myself , Piet from Staykoel), sound healing with the goddess of frequency (Megan from The Quiet Cone), Cacao ceremony with plant medicine alchemist (Nathan Koot) , an Ocean Dip, and Live music with the super talented indie, roots, folk musical wizard (Dan Cully from Melbourne, Naarm) .
We begin the day with gentle introductions and heart warming cacao, allowing everyone to arrive fully and settle into the space. This opening moment helps establish a sense of ease and connection, setting the tone for an intimate and supportive shared experience.
